Z-CAB Transit is growing, and we’re looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking drivers to join our team. Our drivers provide safe and reliable transportation for passengers traveling to medical appointments and other important destinations throughout the community.

This is a fast-paced, active job in a team-oriented environment. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll work with a variety of passengers while being supported by a team that values reliability, communication, and great service.

Signing Bonus Details

Drivers age 23 and older are eligible to apply.

Already an NEMT driver? Your current credentials could be worth up to $1,000 in signing bonuses.

Experienced NEMT drivers with current, valid certifications may qualify for signing bonuses based on the credentials they already hold. For example, applicants with a valid wheelchair securement training certificate that has at least one year remaining may qualify for a $450 bonus.

Additional qualifying credentials may be combined for a total signing bonus of up to $1,000 for fully credentialed drivers.

Signing bonuses are available only for qualifying credentials that are current and valid at the time of hire.

New to NEMT? No problem. Applicants without current NEMT credentials can still apply and will complete our standard training and certification process. Signing bonuses apply only to drivers who already hold qualifying credentials.
